Places To Go In Lagos For Summer.

Hey people, I’m finally back home for summer after school stress.

Well it’s time to enjoy summer ( this is for those who have strength ). Spending your summer in Lagos is the best thing you could ever do because there are so many places to go to here and trust me you’re going to have so much fun.


A resort is a self contained commercial establishment that tries to provide most of a vacationers want such as food, drink, lodging, sport, entertainment and shopping on the premises. In British English “Resorts” means a town which people visit for holiday and days out which usually contains hotel at which holiday makers stay.

With the advent of resorts, tourists and indegenes can enjoy summer, for there’s shelter and five star treatment. There are so many beaches in Lagos too. Examples are

You can come here also for summer, bogobiri house is located in the high brow area of Ikoyi, Lagos. Which usually comes alive at night, especially thursday night. Visitors are offered a unique opportunity to interface with the creative soul of Afica’s most vibrant city.


I first came here in 2015 on a school excursion and believe me when I say didn’t regret this. With just 3k you can get a canopy walk and tour round the whole place, with a tour guide of course.


It is located just opposite Lagos oriental hotel off Ozumba Mbadiwe road. It is a nice place for family outing and hangout for fun. You can Go Kart here, there are arcade games and of course food and drinks are being sold here. I heard this is the best Go Kart centre in Nigeria, I don’t know how true it is.


Owned by Bolanle Austen- Peters. It is located at 1376 Tiamiyu Savage St, Victoria Island, Lagos, they open at 9:30am and close by 10pm. It is an art, culture, lifestyle and educational centre. Annual events at the terra kulture include an art auction and the Taruwa Festival of Performing arts. TK (Popularly known as) has hosted readings by renowned Nigerian authors like Wole Soyinka, Chimamanda Adichie etc. You can look at Art Exhibitions here, watch a staged play and there’s also a restaurant.


The tea room is a very beautiful place to be. It offers a wide range of varieties to suit all tastes and ushers you into a world of floristry. It is located at 6A Ogbunike, Off Wike Olateju Cresent, Lekki, 105102, Lagos. There are so many fine backgrounds here incase you need to snap and slay for the gram and their services are nice too.
